I never thought much about nutrients micro or macro. Yeah I take my fish oil and my multivitamin and all was good ; I thought. About a month ago I got a subscription to Moms Meals, they send me a menu and get 21 meals per week, easy just nuke them and ready easy pezy. The meals are low in calorie for me so I eat some peanut butter with it.
OMG I am gaining much muscle doing this along with my training. Yeah I gain a little fat but not much. The change is enough where people notice and comment.
I have wasted years not paying attention to macro.
