TweetThrew some stuff in the Instant Pot and had some quick meals for several days.
1lb Chicken breasts
Red, orange, and yellow peppers (sliced thin)
General tsao sauce ( I used 1/2 of the bottle)
1 cup chicken broth
Throw that all in the pot
Cook on poultry setting
Do a slow release of the steam
Shred chicken, and drain liquid
Cooked up the rice
VOILA!!!! Winner winner chicken dinner...lunch... snack...
