Thought i had a log going but idk. Anyway gonna start logging weekly meals. Hold myself accountable and see where im over doing it or falling short.. To help while working swing shift.
Was off the forums for a day or 2 over the weekend due to some crazy hrs.
And then sunday i worked 7a-3p and come back in from 11p-7a.
Saturday was a similar shift. So come sunday evening and monday morning i was out of it..
But im back... Ding ding..
Some roast beef and veggies. Lots of carrots, string beans, potatoes, added some peas and corn..
