TweetI recently came across this and was telling Fuzo how my aunt would fry em up when I was a kid. they tasted dandy! They are all over the place right now so I am thinking of frying some up. I will have benadryl on the side, just in case . Detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, high in calcium and YES we can add them to shakes!

TweetHuh, I knew they were edible and the roots are a light diuretic. I did not know people ate them for pleasure. I have put DL leaves in my shake before as they are supposed to have similar nutrients as other healthy greens. I spend so much time killing the bastards.
