Just coated 2 nice chicken breasts in EVOO, coated each with a little minced garlic on top, dried onion, paprika, S&P and thyme. Then cubed up some red potatoes and smothered the chicken, added a little water, covered with foil and into a 350 oven...

I'm a whiz in the kitchen lol...one thing I do and do well is cook my butt off.
