Got a new blender and started to make fruit smoothies and came across this by chance so i figured why not share. Blueberries, strawberries, cranberry juice (100% juice, not concentrate), and banana. Noticeable difference in taste and consistency in 1-2 weeks. I drank them daily and then stopped for a few days and she could tell. I am still using this recipe minus the banana to see if that makes a difference.
