Made up a new recipe yesterday, and these turned out yummy! Because of no flour they do come out flat, but are still very good. When I make them, again, I am going to use less sugar. Since baking is such a Science, tweaking the recipe can really change the end result. You can definitely play around with different extracts, nut butters, and add chocolate chips, which should only affect the taste. A little concerned about the carbs? Then I would say great post workout treat or quick energy!
