Looks like I will baking tomorrow so I can eat cake all week. N o corned beef and cabbage for me this year







Ingredients

  • For the Cake:
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • few drops of green food coloring
  • For the Frosting:
  • 1½ cup cold milk
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • few drops of green food coloring
  • hand full of shelled pistachios


Instructions

  1. For the Cake:
  2. Mix all ingredient together and bake at 350* for about 35 minutes.
  3. For the Frosting:
  4. Beat until thick, then frost cake when cool. Keep refrigerated.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped pistachios on top
