Tweetjust do what i do man. i go clean with no sugar for all of my meals a week except one and sometimes 2. i have one meal on leg day and or one meal on back day that is nasty: burger and fries with a slice of cake or pizza and ice cream. something along those lines, no more than 2 times a week. it is great to stimulate the metabolism as long as you are clean the rest of the time and it also keeps you on point the rest of the time
