TweetThats pretty cool, I was hopeing you found a way to email some place for food other than pizza/Chinese or something tho lol.
TweetJust an idea for you folks who get sick of coming up with recipes. My wife and I signed up for Emeals. They had a groupon offer and got it for a great price. Anyways it has been very helpful in terms of coming up with ideas and not having to think about your grocery list and what you are going to eat for the week.
Unfortunately they dont have a bodybuilding meal plan but they do have zone, paleo, clean eating, etc. We do the clean eating. It is reasonable. You can also do a free week trial.
Anyways just an idea for some of you that get sick of meal planning or need some new ideas.

TweetNot an email address but a link yes. If your asking if you have to have an email address in order to sign up for this, then the answer to that is yes.

Again grant it not all meals are as clean as I would like them to be. Sometimes we leave things out or dont eat the sides or skip the entree and use the side recipe.
This week they had some super good sides. One I can recall was brussel sprouts, carrots, onions, and some other veggies chopped up and placed on a baking sheet, then spices or whatever else was added and then baked/roasted. My wife did the recipe and cooked it, so I wasn't sure what all was on it, but damn I went back for seconds on some veggies. They were the best part of the meal. LOL
