The entire pancake mix was 40g pro 60g carb and 7g fat

I got the smores flavored whey at musclesport.com The flavor is pretty good in the pancakes but as a shake i didnt really like it too much, kinda chalky

i use their syrups like crazy, the blueberry pancake syrup is the shit. The jelly is amazing too. Wish they would sponsor me lol
