Stumbled across this. Can't believe I never had it before. Delicious:

Kale- 1bunch remove stems and chop leaves
Bluberries- 2/3 CUP
Cranberries(sweetened) 1/2 cup
Unsalted cashews-1/2 cup
Shelled sunflower seeds- 1/2 cup
Shredded carrots- 1 cup
Red onion- 1/2 cup thin sliced
Shelled soy bean- 1/2 pack if frozen..8 oz
Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar( uae to your taste or diet needs)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Whisk dressing....
