TweetProtein Sundae for 2
1/2 Cup skim milk
1 scoop protein powder (i have always used vanilla)
2 frozen bananas sliced
4 tsp chocolate syrup
4 tbsp Fat Free Reddi-whip
2 tsp chopped nuts
2 cherries
Pour skim milk into blender. Add protein powder and blend on high for 15 seconds.
Add banana slices and blend for another 45 seconds
Spoon into 2 dessert bowls. Add toppings. Enjoy.
I make this recipe alot. I don't know how it works, but it really does taste like ice cream!
