This one is for hardgainers!!

Warning - This recipe will put lots of fat on your body, but it makes for a great base to build muscle from!

Go to the bulk food store in your area and buy barley. Now you can use canned beans in sauce, I prefer to use lima or split peas myself. Anyway you cook the barley and the beans together, you can make up your own sauce or whatever. Cook until the baley is puffy and soft. Salt and pepper and enjoy.

I suggest you only eat this 3 times per week, 2 cups at a time. This is a sure fire way to add weight!
