I'm making this simple but good recipe this evening.
Ingredients: 1.5 lb Sirloin steak
1 cup dry rice
1 packet to make brown gravy
1 cup of mushrooms

First pre-slice your steak
Then I boil my rice and let it sit on very low heat(1 cup dry rice makes almost 2 cups cooked),
Cook the steak on medium-low heat, while its cooking you can follow directions with gravy to make it
When steak is close to being done to your liking add the mushrooms in with it(they cook really fast)
Then mix steak tips and mushrooms to the brown gravy and serve over top of your rice!

Of course use the leanest steak possible and adjust the serving to fit your protein needs.
The sides have per serving: Fat:2g
Carbs:40g
Sodium:250mg
Protein:6g

Always use whole grain rice and fresh not canned mushrooms, you get better carbs and alot of antioxidents from the shrooms

This one is pretty quick to make not many ingredients and pretty healthy. And if your like me those shakes and chicken just get old and this is a great way to switch it up.
