      have this on buns or for lowfat have on plate with green veggies and sweet taters.

      1 (4 pound)pork shoulder roast or butt *** butt has more taste but fat also and has bones***

      Mix all of this and pour over roast in crockpot and cook 4-5 hours. take out and let cool some and pull apart with forks and place back in crock pot with sauce stir and serve!

      1 teaspoonvegetable oil
      1 cup barbeque sauce
      1/2 cupapple cider vinegar
      1/2 cupchicken broth
      1/4 cuplight brown sugar
      1 tablespoonprepared yellow mustard
      1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
      1 tablespoonchili powder
      1 extra large onion, chopped
      2 large clovesgarlic, crushed
      1 1/2 teaspoonsdried thyme

      yummy! You can also use McCormick seasoning packet for slow cooker pulled pork!!! It is delicious too

      I have also used McCormick season salt that is bbq and thats good on pulled pork

      this may sound like an odd misconception but do you not need water when cooking this meal, just the ingredients listed above?

      I always add a little water, like a cup or you can add any low fat broth

      so add a cup of water to the .5 cup of broth & .5 cup of apple cider vinegar right?

      If you use the McCormick packe, follow the directions for amonut of liquid. You do not want to much liquid either cause the meat gets so tender in there and it can get sort of musdhy if there is to much. tThe more fat on the roast, the more liquid it will produce

      the more meat you have the more you need to add, but like baby said dont make it soupy . if useing lean pork you need more a butt or shoulder you dont need any water.

      Love slow cooker pulled pork.I love slow cooker foods in general so this definitely gets the F.I.S.T. seal of approval.
