I just picked up a 7 qt cast iron dutch oven. Doing a cross rib roast in it right now. It seared the roast nicely.

Looks tasty man. Sorry it's actifry it's a pot with a paddle that stirs the food and has a fan like a convection oven it is supposed to make fries as crisply like they were deep fried with a tablespoon I oil and stir fires or anything that won't break up from the paddle.
