Ingredients:
- 2 Portabella mushrooms
- 5 Oz. ground beef
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 1 Cup basil and bok choy leaves
- 4 Slices swiss cheese
- Place portabella mushrooms in water in a skillet and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- On a stove top sautee the basil and bok choy in olive oil and garlic
- Turn the heat on a broiler or barbecue to high, coat the red bell pepper with olive oil and set onto direct flame. Turn until it is fully charred.
- Using the cooler side of the grill cook the burger until there is little to no pink
- Put the fully charred bell pepper into a vessel of ice water and peel away the charred outer layer
