TweetI haven't seen the fight but I have been reading on other MMA boards about the way the fight went down. From what I have been reading, most MMA fans are fed up. It sounds like Condit went out and fought a TKD points fight. It sounds like it was another Greg Jackson, go out and fight not to lose. IMO, Greg Jackson is ruining fighters. It's not the fighters fault for sticking to a game plan, but it's the boring game plans that are pushing fans away. Like I said, I haven't watched the fight yet (and from reading the reviews of the fight, I don't know that I will), so this is just the majority of opinions I have read on other boards. And a lot of these opinions were from Condit fans. They said that he just didn't fight to finish like he normally does??

Good win for Condit, but if the fight with GSP goes down as expected....it will be a big snooze fest for the fans.

Oh, I'm not saying he didn't and I agree, a win is a win. I just feel that many fighters are not trying to finish anymore. It's not about who can beat who....it's more about who can "score more points" now. I feel like it's heading in the wrong direction.

yeas, when diaz said i got the takedown..............so what. he didnt do any damage or gain a more dominant position. shouldnt count.

we need Japanese rules although they are not fool proof either.
