I could see him winning but I could almost guarantee it won't be by KO. I don't think that Diaz has the power to KO BJ with the chin he has. BJ has one of the best chins out there. Hell, most people can't even cut BJ's face up.

Tweetwhich BJ? well its an older BJ that is not quite as fast and is not quite as strong. i think he is still top 10 material but not top 5. he beat sanchez and florian back in 09. lost 2X to edgar then beat an over the hill fighter by KO (hughes) and john "lay and pray" fitch humped his leg to a draw. fitch has not finished a guy since 07.

i still see diaz winning easy. (which ever BJ shows)

if BJ wins it will be by decision. nick has a head like a brick even when hurt he can still fight, and no way is he getting subbed. bj is a BJJ blackbelt but is a world champ with a gi. he has absolutely nothing from his back which leaves RNC. which is how i think he won all his sub victories

nick on the other hand has a wicked armbar and great choke subs like BJ. but he can attack off his back and has incredible sweeps.

the best BJ can hope for IMO is a decision. but more than likely diaz will win

I agree. They are too evenly matched everywhere. Nick's chin is about like BJ's chin. And I don't think either guy will sub the other either. BJ has an arm triangle in there too

Nick does A LOT more attacking from his back. That is one thing that I love about his game. He never stops....ever!! He is ALWAYS in your face. That's why I wanted to see him fight GSP so bad. Even if GSP got him on the ground, GSP would have to eat A TON of punches and sub attempts from the Nick.

I think it will go to a decision, but if BJ were to stumble Nick or get him in a bad spot, BJ has GREAT finish instincts and throws his shots very quickly. I could also see a stoppage (albeit a bad one) and BJ winning by TKO. That could go either way too
