florian fought sherk in a championship fight. I liked when joe rogan kept saying bj is breathing heavy and is getting tired,what the fuk does joe rogan know,nothing about bj it seems.Bj rockedthat fight he didnt gas he had plent in the tank he could of went 10 rounds it looked like. kenny sat between rounds and bj stood up

Tweethe won the fight i give him that but i also don't think florian fought a good fight. Florian didn't make him do anything for 3 rounds and bj was still more tired than he should have been. BJ had a good fight and he was in good shape and stronger than he probably ever has been. However BJ's cardio will always be a problem for him he is just not a cardiovascularly gifted athlete. He did good and he is a hell of a fighter though and is very gifted at BJJ. He beat him fair and square with no excuses. Good call Fuzo.

Tweetjames florians strategy was to get bj on the cage and tire him out and try to get him to the ground,it didnt work . james how can you say bj's cardio wasnt there and is a problem. he went 4 rounds no problem and was fine. there was nothing wrong with his cardio.he wasnt breathing hard between rounds I didnt take my eyes off the fight.kenny couldnt do anything because kenny isnt a chapion type player and hasnt fought anyone with good skills except probably stevenson but he had lost the last 3-4. There wasnt anything wrong with bj's cardio

Okay, before the fight all we heard was how many guys Kenny has walked through and finished and how he was ready to to beat BJ. Now that he got beat easily....it was his first big fight. Come on man. Florian was at the top of his game and he is just not good enough.

Yeah, BJ always stands between rounds but always gets labeled as being bad on cardio. Joe changed his story at the end of the 2nd, saying that BJ's strategy was to not waste his cardio so he could last.

Haha!! Kenny worked his ass off trying to burn u BJs cardio....it just didn't work. The reason Kenny didn't fight a good fight is because he couldn't. He is not on the same level as BJ and that is the bottom line.

BJ"S CARDIO IS NOT NOT NOT A PROBLEM!!!! My god...the guy fights for 4 rounds, standing between every round, throwing Kenny around, etc....and he still gets labeled as his cardio being bad. It's ridiculous.

Think of it this way....he has walked through EVERYONE at 155 with this so called "bad cardio"....imainge if actually had the cardio you think he should have.

The problem with Florian was he just wasnt strong enough and didnt have the power to win the fight.. BJ was gassing after the 2nd round.. go back and look at him in between rounds, he was "guppy breathing" which in medical talk translates to having some trouble breathing... my problem with Penn is that he is SOOO inconsitent.. which one is going to show up... he was motivated because he KNEW that him in great shape could beat Florian.. but Florian is by FAR not the most talented guy in the division.. a stronger better wrestler would beat him... there is NO WAY in the world that Penn is as great as he is made out to be.. very good, hell yes.. but not the best or even close to the best P4P fighter out there... Silva was able to go up in weight class and domiate his first 2 fights.. BJ couldnt.. enough said.. BJ is very very good, but like I said before.. still over rated..

Round 2 – Florian lands a nice inside leg kick but whiffs on the second. Penn charges forward, but Florian puts him into the cage, and the fighters battle for position against the fence before breaking apart to reset. The fighters circle and clinch in the center of the cage before breaking apart again. Florian shoots for a double-leg takedown, but Penn masterfully sprawls despite his opponent's good angle. Penn has his back against the cage, but Florian can do little with it and resets. Florian throws a front kic, and when charging in, Penn hits him with a glancing shot to the back of the head. Penn apologizes, and the fighters touch gloves.Florian shoots again, but Penn again fends off the takedown attempt with his back against the cage. Florian lands a couple punches, but Penn returns fire as the crowd gets a jolt of excitement. Florian lands a head kick that connects as a slap to the nose. Penn shows no ill effects. Penn has figured out Florian's low kick, and Florian now knows it. Florian with a nice left from distance and a quick leg kick that partially connects before the round ends. I agree. There are so many haters it's pathetic. First Kenny was the one to beat him and I saw list after list of all of the "TOP" guys that Kenny has beaten. Now that BJ ran through him, Kenny isn't all that tough. It just gets so funny listening to this crap. There is no one at 155 that can come close to BJ. Every shot that BJ landed on Kenny almost knocked him down. I haven't seen the shot link, but does it really matter if Kenny won the 2nd? All he did the entire fight was hold BJ against the cage because he was afraid of BJ's standup and he wasn't strong enough to get him down.

And Shiz, BJ's game plan was not to blow his wad in the early rounds because he knew that Kenny was going to try and test his cardio. BJ was far from done....that is just funny. Hell Kenny was breathing harder than BJ but I haven't heard anyone say that he was done. Give me a break. Haters
