Tweetsweet. we dont have any true HWs where i trained or am about to train. but there are some solid LHWs. and plenty of guys my size.
i have always believed that if you train with bigger guys it makes your technique better as you cant depend on sheer muscle to gain advantage.
what is your forte? striking, wrestling or bjj?

I train 3/2 2/3 every other week with BJJ and Muay Thai. Im a purple belt right now but now that Im competing again should be moving up in belts quickly
