Now I know do not judge others training methods unless they do something dangerous
TweetYeah yeah dirt. It has been years but I have had that happen once or twice. Mostly personal trainers coming around asking if I want a free training session. They say, "Hey bro, I bet we can put good mass on you in a month if you sign up with me."
I have to tell em I do not want mass or slow twitch muscles for grinding through heavy lifts. They get all confused.
