I was in the gym. Saw this small guy doing what I consider shaping exercise. I thought to myself why does he not do bulking movements to get size. A friend of his and mine (I didn't know the other guy) Came in talked to him and then me. I asked what was he doing? My friend said he moved to Vegas and a member of Xtreem Coutour and just back home for a visit.
