Can fighters wear knee braces.? Even if it gave away and injury it would be worth it..hell even if it was targeted he could potentially counter an attack..
I have a torn acl and meniscus and thats exactly how my knee folds if im not wearing a brace..with a brace i can't even tell my knee is jacked. Good lateral movement is possible with a tight brace
