Man chuck looked like an old man. Tito kept coming forward. Every time Chuck got touched even just a little you could see it upset his balance and he reacted. Tito never let him get set and interrupted him before he could zing his haymaker. Chuck got it off a couple times but did not land.

I hope he retires and stays retired.

Poor guys. They must have needed the money bad to fight so late in their careers. Crazy.

They both have over $10 mill net worth. They do not need the $$$ once a fighter always a fighter. I can tell you as a guy who trains and used to fight you always have it in your minds that you can still do it. In reality our decline is slow and we do not notice the delayed reaction times of our nerves and our visual acuity and hand eye coordination is not wheat it used to be.

Just look at the way chuck moved. He looked old man. ring rust? for sure, also he can't take a punch anymore.

watching my youngest doing it every day makes me have the itch to jump back at it. then i think to myself about how old i am and already busted up i am. not to mention their is no one in his gym even semi close to being as heavy as i am. i think the heaviest is low 200s. i got over 60lbs on that dude and they wouldnt let me spare with him being that much bigger. so i will just continue to lift and do my cardio haha

It is normally not the fight that gets you hurt, it is the training for the fight pushing your body so hard. I have never had more than a broken nose in the small handful of real fights and many smokers I have participated in. (In the lowest level amateur stuff) Training though, I have messed up a lot of myself. I always say If I could find another old man I would accept the fight. But 99.99% of old men have no desire to compete or just go to BJJ so they can tap out rather than get rocked.

I understand Chuck's desire to compete. I have only fought 1 time with a big crowd and it was intoxicating. It ain't about the $$$. It is about reliving that feeling I think. Right now Chuck is probably thinking "If I did this better I would have won" Not I am too damn old.

saw an interview with tito where he said that GoldenBoy Productions was more fighter driven and is splitting the ppv profits equally with the fighters. he's trying to point out that Dana and the ufc aren't taking care of the fighters who aren't "superstars" and that by he and chuck fighting this past weekend and trying to get more fighters to come over to GoldenBoy that fighters soon won't have to fight at 44 and 48 years old like they are. Dana basically laughed it off saying in a month or two everyone involved with this past weekends card will be suing each other and basically it was just a sad spectacle because until the fighters all stick together and unionize they won't ever get a fair share of the money with promoters like Dana running things. He likes to point out he's legitimized mma into a professional sports entity like MLB and NFL yet both of those outfits employ players who are represented by strong labor unions who get the players what they deserve so that in their 40's and 50's they can retire and enjoy a decent life without risking their body and perhaps their mental faculties by trying to stay too long and make a living competing with competitors half their age well after their prime has passed them by.unfortunately the mma fighters seem to be of the same mindset that many of the people in the union i am in have which is basically hurray for me and fuck you to their fellow union brothers. until they show solidarity against uncle dana and the new owners they will never get what they deserve unless their name is Conor McGregor and those fighters are few and far between.
You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

I don't have an ego, i just love how awesome i am !!
