I think Mcgregor is getting in over his head here. He is fighting at a brand new weight, facing a tough as nails opponent and IMO making a piss poor decision. What does he have to gain from this fight..... nothing. He has everything to lose. I hope he beats Diaz's ass but this is not a good idea. Its one thing to be a warrior, its another to be a general. This is not a good strategic move. That all being said I am very excited and will be cheering him on.
