TweetI've heard of that book, I'll have to add it to my wishlist on amazon lol. pretty cool story about your coach. i think it would've been cool to take something like this up from 19 - 24, give yourself 5 years to take it as far as you can then come back to the real world and do the college/career thing if a fight career doesn't materialize.

Tweeti hope he gets a fight in December. with GSP basically retired i'm not a big fan of many fighters at the moment. i got the chance to train w/ thiago alves once so i'm a fan of his, but dude is always injured. thx to these phuket dreaming docs i've become a fan of rob, hit him up on twitter a few times and he's responded every time, which makes me even more of a fan. this loss had to have been fuckin crushing for him, you can hear it in his voice. he's said in a few interviews that he only feels like he has another 2-3 fights left in him, which as a fan i hate to hear. i'm glad he's still eying the title. he's got the striking, he's got the power, and he's got the mindset. he's fought nothing but top notch competition and i feel like he's better for it no matter the outcome. i just hope his confidence isn't shaken to the point that he becomes a different fighter.
