TweetWhen I'm bulking or cutting I'm pretty hardcore and usually 6-7 days a week 45m-1hr. When I'm just maintaining in between cycles 2-3 days 30mins or so.
Tweet60 minutes on average.

TweetTry to keep it less then 60 when doing DC. Taking a break from DC for a bit to get some things done outside of the gym. When I am able to go it's around 70-75 minutes at the most, that's including stretching afterwards and maybe some abs lol!
