      Spider Hammers---45x6x2
      Close Grip Bench---245x6 , 265x6 , 275x6
      Skullcrushers---165x6 , 175x6
      Overhead Ext.---55x6 , 65x5

      Elliptical--30 minutes

      Go to the park and sprint and do load of dips and chins on the monkey bars, jungle gym etc. Out inthe sun, on the lush green grass. They used to have metal rings on chains hanging fromthe top of the swings, but they took it out. Probably too dangerous. I was always wondering what would happen if a chain snapped while I was doing horizontal pullups
