      What does one consider over training for major bdy parts. Say someone did shoulder 3x a week or chest 2x a week or legs 2x a week in a 7 day period. Whats everyones opinion

      I think everyone is vastly different...body types, sleep, nutrition, supplementation, etc all affect the answer to this question...

      I know some people that do three total body workouts a week hitting everybody part and don't overtrain. Personally I would. Once a week is fine for me, some small bodyparts get it twice...
