      My usual am stack is an eca and 1/2 scoop of nanovapor but lately i still can't seem to get my ass moving in the am. I may up the nanovapor a little but usually it just makes me nauseaus if i take more. I guess i could up the eca but that may kill the appetite as well. I'm thinking i've got some adrenal burnout going on. I can take an eca workout and then go take a nap. I've even taken an eca in the afternoon for a boost and still been able to nap.

      Anyone have any good rituals or supps that they like? I bought some kynoselen and i'm also thinking of trying that upon rising because of the b vitamins and amp content.

      Ya, I know that feeling. Some mornings just drag...I hate that..sounds like youre taking enough to get most people going. You maybe have developed a tolerance and just need to increase your dose. I usually double up the eca and say screw the appetite, I need to be awake and focused. Assuming youre getting enough sleep that is.
      Kyno, wow, I remember that stuff a long time ago. I used to shoot it subQ into my abs. I dont know if that would help you get moving or not.

      the sleep things is a yes and no thing. I usually get up at least 2x to piss and at those times i usually eat too. Lately i've been trying to only eat once during ther night to get some more sleep. I usually fall asleep by 10pm(alot of nights it's more like 9pm) and then i'm up at midnight for a quick snack and piss and thenagain around 3 or 3:30 for same. then it's rise and shine by 5am. Today i upped my dose of nanovapor to 3/4 of a scoop. I don't know how the labelcan say up to 3 scoops, I get hot with the chills at the same time and extremely nauseus at 1+scoops. i guess we shall see how the increased dose does today.
      I'm thinking when the nanovapor runs out I may switch to just the no-syntesize and a higher dose eca.

      wow...1/2 scoop nano vapor dosnt do anything for me...i use 3 scoops to go to the gym!! i believe you build a tolerance to that stuff so you may need to up it. also...trying switching up. i never buy the same tubb of crap. i go from nano vapor to jacked3d to noxploded to beta-nox....i jump around.
      as far as morning...i'm a mornign person...i'm cranked from the first bell!!!

      ^damn, cranked from the first bell would be awesome, maybe I could work up to that...I got up at 5 today, took 400 mg of straight caffeine, went back to bed, crawled out of bed at 530, draggin my ass...got in my car half awake and drove the 10 minutes to the factory to work for one hour...I wasnt fully awake until about 645..
      Hey Dave,I like that idea of switching up on the NO stuff...just finished NO explode can and have jacked3d now. Was thinking of trying Hemo Rage. Which one of those products do you guys think is strongest?

      I liked the hemo rage but can't stand the taste of beta nox. Tried jacked before and thought it was ok.
      I upped the nanovapor today and i was fine so tomorrow i go full scoop.
      @ dzone, yes the nanovapor has yohimbine in it so maybe thats what i'm sensitive to? time to shop some more labels. i did get a trial size anadrolic state gt, anadrolic pump and i liked those so maybe i'll try the full size ones next.
