TweetHour to hour and a half in the evening. Half hour to an hour cardio in morning.
They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.
TweetLets see- In the morning I do 30-45 minutes on the weights- 15-20 on my way of cardio- which simply means I try the max type of training but I try to perform a pattern of practice of either my bujutsu or kali in effort to get my practice and training into one . Then later in the evening I ge a few light workouts as I teach whether it be some kind of combat drill with a blade of some sort or a reflex drill with another person- that way I get some light cardio along with sensitivity, skill and waepons training
TweetProb in the 1-2 hour range. I have been taking longer lately (closer to 2) cause I have really emphasized a lot of warming up. It may take me 30 mins to fully warm up for a leg day esp if its a sprint workout outside. So i would say on average an hour and a half. I dont like to go over 2 hrs at one time really.
TweetIf i do heavy squat or bench could take 2 hours. Have been dialing it back a bit on the weight so lately 1 1/2 hours but as someone else mentioned i also warm up for a good period so add an easy 1/2hour.
TweetWhen I had my own gym, I would workout for about 5-10 minutes of high intensity and I would do it all day whenever I had a break... I would do several workouts per day like that. It was so awesome. It will get you big and ripped. Got the idea from Bulgarian olympic weightlifting team. Only cradio was heavy bag/speed bag. I could still do it because there is a gym across the street from my office...I just have to commit to it and get back in the habit. Thats how I want to train.
Tweetlol, i've used this system before when i was younger on certain body parts, makes total sense, i do believe it is a mindset issue though, i've not used it in a long time, always have plans but don't
for me 45 minute man, it's about all the mental focus i can muster, i am very focused though, no messing around talking etc., get job done and move on, efficiency
