TweetNow honestly does asnyone work there core and do planks when they work out or do you just train the usual stuff because we are in the age of core now. I always here people say yeah I'm in shape then i'll have them do a plank and they cant even go a minute.The most I ever did Ona a plank was 15 minutes straight. There was a trainer who was in excelent shape and I saw him do this all the time so I started to do it and I trained and got that high. I would lay normal then lay on one side the the other side and I finaly got up to 15 minutes.Now I couldnt do 15 now but I know I could do 5 minutes no problem. Theres so many different levels of planks that are so good for you
