im gonna start as soon as i have a few months of MMA training...before i try both.. this is brock lesnars routine... yall let me know if its over training..if so please tweak it,ok, here it is, im prolly gonna kill myself tryin to do this, till i get used to..but if brock can do this workout, i can too..
monday- bench press-6 x 12
incline dumbell press-4 x 10
dumb bell flys-3 x 8
cable crossovers-4 x10
tricep dips-4 x 10
skull crushers-3 x 10
tuesday- wide grip pull ups-4 x 6
medium grip pull ups-4 x 6
narrow grip pull ups-4 x 6
stiff legged dead lift-4 x 6
dead lifts-4 x 6
seated cable rows-4 x 6
preacher curl-4 x 12
hammer curl-3 x 10
incline curl-3 x 10
wednesday-
military press-4 x 10
DB military press-3 x 10
DB front raise-3 x 10
DB latteral raise-3 x 10
smith machine upright rows-4 x 6
DB/BB shrugs-4 x 6
thursday-
leg extension-3 x 10
leg curl-3 x 10
narrow stance squats-4 x 6
medium stance squats-4 x 6
wide stance squats-4 x 6
leg press-4 x 6
stiff legged dead lifts-4 x 6
MMA training is one hour a day for me monday thru thursday..friday-sunday-rest..

TweetThat is a boatload of work.I see alot of cage fighters doing large amounts of volume. The results speak for themselves,but you also have to remember that's all this guy does as well as having the time for restoration methods most of us have no time for.
My question to these guys when i happen to train them is why not do less but do it well??
