I've always been one of those guys that doesn't have to worry much about body fat and I always viewed cardio as something that takes up my time from lifting.
Here lately, I've been working around so many different injuries, I decided to do cardio instead of just taking days off from the gym and it really helped and gave me advantage on lifting. Legs don't really get sore after a heavy leg day and I can workout a lot faster without getting near as fatigued! Who would have thought; it really works.
