TweetI have ahd the same belt for 10yrs... The one before that I had for over 12yrs... All I know is the more they break in the better.. At least for me...
I think thickness is where everyone has a bigger difference in opinion... I've seensome super wide ones... I don't get that unless you are into powerlifting..

TweetI have an Inzer belt - top quality - quite possibly the best that money can buy. I love it; however, I've slowwwwwwly weaned myself from using a belt in order to fully develop my core.

TweetI have a Valero powerlifting belt, which I seldom wear. However, I have a couple of other bodybuilding belts (Nike) as well.
TweetI have a Valeo as well. I've had it for about 6-7yrs and like it. I do use it when I'm doing legs or real heavy anything where I feel my core strain. I'm just realy scared of blowing an intestine out.
I didn't wear one for the first couple years of training until a partner explained about pushing an intestine thru, so that encouraged me to use one. And I like the lower back support for squats.
