Tweetwell...no-one really told me. it was a simple, i dont use it, my back hurts. i use it, it dont hurt...that was all i needed to know. i dont use it on all sets, just the last and heaviest.
TweetI use one for deads, squats, and bent over rows for back. I 've read from some pretty good people that you should not be trying to build core muscles during these lifts. That's why you give your abs there own workout days. The belt is there when your squating to be able push with all you've got and support the ab area as well as the lower back.

TweetSo is it OK to laugh at that dude in the gym that has his belt on no matter what? Bi's=belt, tri's=belt, cardio=belt.
At first I thought he might have a back problem but soon realized he is just one of those guys!
