TweetI think Microsoft works has something like that.
TweetDoes anyone have or know where to get an excel or access type of spreadsheet or database that can be used for logging workouts, creating charts, and logging and displaying (graphically) gains, cycles, etc... I'm pretty sure I could create a really nice one myself but don't want to or can't afford to invest the time if one is already available (for free)... any ideas?
thanks.
Tweeti had my wife make one for workouts and nutrition, but i didnt really use it...smart move on my part. if she still has it copied on disc, i'll findout and let you know
