      I agree with T. It sounds like your delts may be getting a bit overworked. If your hittin the bench hard and heavy and then delts a couple days after that, you're putting a tremendous amount of stress on them. You may wanna try just hitting some alternate delt exercises (seated db cleans, lateral raises, lots of rear delt work, etc...) for a little while and see if that helps.

      For me, it's a slow process but my Chiropractor made me feel good. I haven't seen him in a few weeks and he said 'holy crap, are you going heavy again?" I told him not really and he said that my back was looking thicker and wider so I guess its coming along, it's just hard to see for myself.

      i also use to get those till i change my bench to mondays and do shoulders thursday!! I also dont do bench as i dont have a partner right now and seem to concentrate more on form with db!!
