Tweeti think all women like legs because its a strong body part for them.
TweetI've just gotten to where I love doing legs. It helps that since my shoulder surgery they are my strongest body part.
Tweetthats a tuff one between back and legs!! seeing how you split legs up, i'd have to say back!! but, i've just really started seeing great improvments in my legs, and when they are all pumped, front to back, it's pretty cool!
on a side note...i HATE working arms!!! i cannot get into it what so ever!!! i hate my arms, i hate working them out, the are a constant sorce of pain for me......but...gotta do it, right?

TweetThat's kind of ironic cause I'm the same way. I really don't enjoy training arms even though they're one of my better developed bodyparts. I just can't get into it either! I try to change up my routines every so often, but arm training just seems boring and monotonous to me for some reason.
Tweetyea, changing the routine aint done jack for me...and they are nowhere near a good body part for me. it's getting to the point where i just see it as something i have to do...like paying taxes!

TweetI like thighs because it's my best feature. I can literally do just one working set on thigh exercises and they grow. Delts and calves are the same way. everything else I really have to work at.
Tweetfor what ever reason, with back i can FEEL almost all the muscles working, get incredible pump, have very good strength, after that legs are somewhat similar, oh and like t can look at legs and they grow, lol
