      So first week of workin out in about 2 months..Monday hit chest, Tuesday did Back...My tris/chest/front delts are too sore to do shoulders/tris and my back/bis/forearms are too sore to do bis. Leg day is tomorrow...Im jus unsure why recoverys taking so long and when itll speed up. Im gettin enough cals lots of protein and good carbs.

      It's always that way after an extended layoff period. Your body will adapt within a few weeks and your recovery time will return to what it was previously.

      Keep the protein intake up and supplement with extra Vitamin C.
