      Do any of you perform this exercise. I tried it for the first time in awhile, and I have to say it's one kick ass exercise. Involves essentially the entire deltoid. Great for a change up from standard dumbell presses...

      yeah, i will do it occasionally. definitely not an ego movement, that's for sure! i like to superset them with lateral raises every once in a while too. intense burn..

      very good exercise, one hell of a burn as phreak stated. haven't done them in a while, but def a good exercise.

      i rotate them in and out of my delt training...it's actually about the time to start doing them again

      yep love it useing it allot now every since i had hurt my shoulder it has been hard to do shoulder presses but the arnold press works great for me
      Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.

      This is my prefered deltoids exercice. It's very effective and do less stress to my shoulders and elbow.
      It's a must!
