Im jus wondering, it was prolly a good time to take a week off anyway, but lets say i get back in the gym monday, will my strength be down significantly? Cause i know sometimes when u take a week off from trainign ur strength sometimes even goes up

TweetWell i have always been told this by my doc: If symptoms are above your neck, you're good to go, but below, take a rest. I think he meant cold vs. flu
