thanks fuzo my sons 13 and is now working out with mt medic. I always question whats appropriate for him he is a big guy 5'5 and about 188. He is wearing a size 11 in a shoe...he is very broad shouldered and stalky...He is benching about 180 I think....he seems to enjoy it....kind of has his sore days. He is playing b ball and I think it is good for him for the cardio aspect and conditioning. I think his testosterone is kicking in early...he sure is moody...lol.....but a good boy
