TweetAbout this... Ive read it alot in the forums, but my goal is to get cut, build a couple pounds of muscle and stay strong (no strength loss... finally got 315 bench, dont want to lose it). I am sick of not seeing my abs, and ive only got like 4% tops bf to loss (at 12 now i think). Anyways, my question is, will doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach really help that much more than doing it at another time? What is the difference percent wise? like 200% better in the morning or what? Also, ive been doing cardio after workout around 8 at night, and ive maintained strength, will doing it in the morning make me weaker you think? Any helps appreciated, Thanks.
