TweetCurrently my workout is as follows:
Mon- Chest, light Tri's
Tues- Shoulders, Abs
Weds- Legs
Thurs- Back, Abs
Fri- Bi's and Tri's
My question is: Should I switch Tuesday and Thursday? My shoulders are always weak the day after my chest workout. Seems like my shoulders would be fresher waiting a couple of days after hitting my chest hard.
