I need to lose some weight around the ole' midsection (stomach) without sacraficing muscle, any suggestions?

I've put on around 12-15 pounds in the last year, nice gains to my upper body, arms and legs.....but also to my stomach. I want to shed some size in my stomach without losing muscle gains (size) in the other areas. I was afraid cardio would cause me lose all over.

Help me out guys(gals).
