      i basically did it to switch things up but my schedule varries so it was difficult to maintain. I also like to just kinda pick my routine out of the air each day, and while the program has variety its still more structured than most of my work outs. I also dont have a partner so i cant go as heavy on some things. I usually do pre exhaust, rest pause or drop sets to compensate. I did like the program though.

      I did it for maybe 6 months. I still use some of his stuff though. I rest pause lots of exercises.. and i do my legs in his manner. I also mainly do compound exercises.
