I've only been working out for about 2 weeks but boxed for years beforehand so had a pretty good physique anyway. I am eating loads of protein and takign shakes every day, and also sticking to 1 or 2 body parts per session (3 times a week). If I work my chest it blows up but deflates the next day.

How long before all of my hard work will stay so I look buff before a workout?
